I. The Invitation

To our friends and family: join us at home in South Florida for an engagement celebration inspired by Art Basel.

We got engaged on the Fourth of July in Three Lakes, Wisconsin—the place we’ll return to for our intimate wedding in summer 2027.

First, we want a weekend with all of you: food, drinks, art, and the freedom to join whatever part of the celebration suits you.

Where to stay

Miami gets famously busy and expensive during Basel. You’re in luck: Weston has high-quality, affordable hotels near our home. Stay out west with us, or book anywhere in South Beach or Miami and join on your own schedule.

Getting around

Party buses will leave our Weston celebration for Faena on Saturday evening. Uber is also easy, and we’ll collect transportation needs in your RSVP.

Confirmed guests will receive access details for Patrick’s condo at 1250 Drexel Avenue—a walkable place to meet, rest, refresh, or grab a drink near Ocean Drive and The Betsy.

The next chapter · Summer 2027

Three Lakes, Wisconsin

Our ceremony will be intentionally small—family and wedding party only—but the celebration is bigger than one day. We plan to spend much of July at the lake and would love friends to make a lake vacation of it, sharing the days and weeks around the wedding with us. Details will follow.

Questions & Answers

Is the December party the wedding?

Not quite. December is our big, open engagement celebration. Our wedding ceremony in Three Lakes in summer 2027 will be a smaller family-and-wedding-party gathering.

Do I need to attend the whole weekend?

No. Come to one event or all three. We’re keeping the weekend flexible, casual, and fun.

What should I wear on Saturday?

Cocktail attire for the engagement party. For Faena, stay polished but expressive—this is Art Basel.

Can I stay in Miami Beach instead of Weston?

Absolutely. Weston is the affordable, convenient option near our home; South Beach puts you closer to the evening art scene.
